We met ”on the road “and back home started a magical collaboration.

Simonne had a long- lasting desire to work around femenity, architypes, ancient cultures, And i found myself very attracted to this dramaturgical material.

Spanisch singer Mayte Yerro joined us for Jan zonder vrees . Charo Calvo develloped her skills as sound designer in that period. This co-creation on a concept of Simonne Moesen, was produced by La Dea, Monty (Antwerp), and Vooruit ( Ghent).

For Waves (2004, Brigittines, Brussels), a composition for musical theater for four female voices , electric guitar, piano, percussion and live electronics, on texts of the 4000-year-old Sumerian myth about the goddess Inanna, we found ourself with the following fine crew: Simonne Moesen (voice, stage direction), Kaat De Windt (music, composition/ direction, piano) ,Ine Pisters (dramaturgy). With the production Tanto amore, a theatrical- and musical adaptation of the famous Puccini opera arias, we toured in Belgium and France during several years.
